About Me
With over 13 years of experience as a technical writer, I create clear, consistent, and user-friendly documentation that enhances the customer experience and satisfaction for marketing automation software. I am currently a Senior Technical Writer at Amperity, where I leverage my UX Writing Fellowship at SAP Concur and my MFA in Creative Writing to craft engaging and accessible end-user content.
How I work
I collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to plan, write, edit, and review technical documentation for all product releases. I also contributed to the development of a UX style guide and wrote examples for error states and other UX patterns. I am passionate about empathy-driven UX writing and content design, and I strive to deliver documentation that meets the needs and expectations of the users.
